Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.

Gisèle Produits de Beauté reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use, prices and any information available on the Site at any time without notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the Site. It is the Customer's responsibility to review these Terms of Use regularly. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severable from the other provisions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
