At Gisèle Produits de Beauté, we prepare and ship your orders with care to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Shipping Within Canada
Free shipping on all orders of $99.99 or more (after discounts, before taxes).
Flat rate of $15.99 for orders under $99.99.
Processing Times & Tracking
Order processing: 4 to 5 business days (excluding transit time).
Estimated transit times:
– Quebec & Ontario: 1 to 4 business days
– Western Canada & Maritimes: 3 to 6 business days
– Remote areas: 6 to 10 business days
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipments are made Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Temperature-Sensitive Products & Weather Conditions
Some products (e.g., colorations, peroxides) are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Carriers keep parcels in a controlled environment until delivery. Once the package is delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by a parcel left outdoors or placed in a mailbox.
Delays or Lost Parcels
If you experience an unusual delay or cannot locate your parcel, please contact us at info@giselebeaute.ca. We will open an investigation with the carrier. No replacement shipment will be issued without official confirmation of the status of the original parcel.
Unclaimed Parcels or Incorrect Addresses
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address or failure to pick it up, a refund will be issued minus:
– Return shipping fees charged by the carrier
– A 10% restocking fee based on the order value.

If a product is damaged during transit, please refer to our Returns/Exchanges section for instructions on how to proceed.
