Unfortunately, we cannot accept return or exchange requests.
This policy aims, among other things, to guarantee the authenticity and content of each product and to avoid unnecessary waste.
Also, because each person may react differently to the use of a product and this reaction depends on several factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee customer satisfaction. By proceeding with your purchase, you accept these conditions and acknowledge that your product selection meets your needs.
