Gisèle is proud to offer you authentic products. All of our merchandise is brand new and comes directly from authorized supply channels.

As the performance of a product depends on many elements and variations that are beyond our control (use, conservation, storage, etc.), we can not guarantee customer satisfaction.

It may happen that some products offered are out of stock. If your order contains a combination of available products and out-of-stock products, we will refund the unavailable products and deliver the balance of your order.

Notify us as soon as you can.

If the address you indicated as the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and the delivery of your package cannot be completed for this reason, your package will be returned to us by the carrier. Upon receipt of your package, a full refund of your order will be made, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package to our warehouse (fixed fee of $10), as well as a restocking fee of 10% of the value of your order.

Please note that Gisèle cannot be held responsible for an error made in the delivery address.

Gisèle now offers free delivery everywhere in Quebec for all orders of $49 and more (after promotions and before taxes). Shipping costs for orders under $49 are $15.99 (flat rate).

Packages are dispatched from Monday to Friday. The usual time for processing an order is 24 hours (working days), but may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered. This time frame excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.

Our delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee. That said, if you experience an abnormal delay in the delivery of your package, contact us at info@giselebeaute.ca, we will open a service ticket with the carrier concerned. If necessary, additional delays may apply.

Also, please note that we cannot send an additional package without confirmation from the carrier as to the status of your package. If your package was dropped off in a PO box, please note that we are not responsible for damages that could result (consequences of extreme temperatures, theft, etc.).

If your package was damaged during delivery, MUST keep the original box and follow the instructions below to authorize the replacement of your order:

1. Replacement request

Write to info@giselebeaute.ca within 5 business days of receiving your package, including the following information and documents: your full name the date of your purchase your order number the names of the damaged products a brief description of the facts a photo of damaged products

2. Exchange authorization

We will contact you by email within 10 business days of your request to confirm its validity. Once the replacement has been authorized, we will send you a second package without delay and advise you if the damaged items need to be returned to us.

3. Return of damaged products

If you have received a return slip and have been asked to return the damaged products, you must return them within 10 days of receipt of your second package.

Gisèle Produits de Beauté reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were received. If applicable, the total amount of the products will be invoiced, in addition to a fixed amount of $10 for delivery costs.

If the carrier fails to deliver the item as scheduled, it is sent to a post office for pickup. If you have received a delivery notification, follow the instructions on the notification to collect your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you by email. post office in order to collect your parcel, you must present the following documents:

  1. The delivery notice
  2. An official identity document with photo and address

PLEASE NOTE: you will have a maximum period of 10 working days to collect your parcel at the post office. Once this period has passed, the package will be automatically returned to us and we will have to proceed with the cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package to our warehouse (fixed fee of $10), as well a restocking fee of 10% of the value of your order.
