The Color Charm permanent liquid toner by Wella Professionals is a permanent toner in liquid formula designed to precisely tone pre-lightened hair after a lightening or balayage service.

  • Permanent liquid formula specially designed for toning on decolored or lightened hair for clean, vibrant results
  • Neutralizes unwanted tones after lightening and creates precise cool or warm tones depending on the shade chosen

  • Precise, durable toning results on lightened hair — for perfectly controlled cool, beige, copper or violet tones

  1. Wear gloves and protect clothing and skin.
  2. Permanent coloration: mix 1 part color with 2 parts Color Charm developer (1:2 ratio).
  3. Semi-permanent (demi) coloration: mix 1 part color with 2 parts Color Charm 10 vol developer (1:2 ratio).
  4. Apply evenly to dry or slightly damp hair.
  5. Processing time: 20 to 35 minutes (permanent), or 20 minutes (semi-permanent). Check the result regularly.
  6. Rinse thoroughly.

Warning: This product may cause serious allergic reactions. Always perform an allergy test 48 hours before each color application. If redness, itching or burning occurs during the test, do not apply the product. Do not use if you have had a previous allergic reaction to hair colorants. For professional use only. Wear protective gloves. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.
