Wella’s Color Charm Permanent Liquid Toners are designed to neutralize unwanted undertones, refine color after lightening, or create custom pastel effects. Their gentle yet effective formula delivers even color, reliable results, and radiant shine.

 

• Ideal for toning or neutralizing yellow, brassy, or golden hues
• Allows for the creation of pastel shades on very light hair
• Easy-to-mix liquid formula for smooth application
• Long-lasting permanent results
• Use with 10 or 20 volume developer depending on desired effect

 

Available in a range of shades for tailored results, from icy blondes to pearlescent beiges.

 

For professional use only.

  1. Mix 1 part toner with 2 parts Wella Color Charm developer (10 or 20 volumes depending on the desired effect).
  2. Apply to previously bleached and towel-dried hair.
  3. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, monitoring the development of the color.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a post-color treatment.
