Neuma's Re Neu conditioner is a lightweight, balancing conditioner formulated to hydrate and detangle the lengths while respecting the balance of a sensitive or oily scalp. Its soothing plant-based formula, concentrated with regulating botanical extracts, conditions the fiber without ever overloading the roots or leaving residue on application.
