Neuma's Neu Volume shampoo is a volumizing shampoo with a lightweight, purifying formula, designed to gently cleanse fine, flat hair while giving it body, hold and movement without weighing it down. Enriched with botanical proteins and toning plant extracts, it plumps the fiber at the root from the very first rinse.
