CND® Shellac is the industry-pioneering hybrid semi-permanent gel polish — combines the easy application of a classic polish with the long-lasting wear of a gel for mirror shine and natural nail protection with no chipping or dulling for more than 14 days.

  • Long-lasting wear of more than 14 days with no chipping or dulling for a flawless, durable manicure
  • Thin 3-step application: Base Coat for adhesion, Color Coat in two thin coats for rich, opaque color, Top Coat for an ultra-glossy mirror finish. Each layer cures under a UV or LED lamp
  • No filing of the natural surface to preserve nail integrity. Compatible with natural nails (short or long, soft, normal, or hard) and artificial nails (resin, acrylic, or gel)
  • Adaptable base system: Base Original and Xpress5 finish for strong, healthy nails, Base Wear Extender and Top Coat Original or Duraforce for thin, soft, or damaged nails
  • Easy, safe removal using acetone with no damage to the natural nail. Ideally applied after a dry manicure for optimal adhesion
  • Healthy formulation free of formaldehyde, toluene, and DBP. For hygiene reasons, this product is non-exchangeable and non-refundable

  1. Prepare your nails by cleaning them and lightly filing them.
  2. Apply a thin coat of Shellac base and cure under a UV lamp for the recommended time.
  3. Apply an even coat of Shellac U.V Polish in your color of choice and cure again under the UV lamp.
  4. Repeat to intensify the color if needed.
  5. Finish with a coat of Shellac top coat for maximum shine and a long-lasting result.

Care tips:

  • To extend the life of your manicure, avoid exposing your nails to harsh chemicals.
  • Wear gloves when doing housework or gardening.
  • Regularly apply cuticle oil to maintain the hydration and health of your nails.
