The Welloxon Perfect cream developer by Wella Professionals is Wella's benchmark professional developer, designed to activate Koleston Perfect and Illumina Color permanent hair colors with precision and reliable results in the salon.

  1. Mix with Koleston Perfect, Illumina Color, or another compatible Wella permanent color according to the ratio indicated.
  2. Standard ratio: 1:1 (equal amounts of color and developer).
  3. For Special Blondes: ratio 1:2 (1 part color to 2 parts developer).
  4. Do not apply the developer alone directly to the hair.
  5. Mix until a uniform consistency is obtained.
  6. Apply according to the instructions for the color used.

Warning: Contains hydrogen peroxide. May cause severe eye irritation and permanent eye damage. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with lukewarm water and consult a doctor. Wear protective gloves. Do not apply directly to hair without first mixing with the color. Keep out of reach of children.
