Wella Professionals Color Touch emulsion developer is the professional developer specifically designed to activate and develop Color Touch semi-permanent hair color for optimal salon results.

  • Dedicated developer for the Color Touch range that activates the semi-permanent color pigments for precise, even color results
  • Gentle ammonia-free formula that respects the integrity of the hair fiber during color development
  • Mild oxidizing formula that preserves the natural feel and suppleness of the hair fiber during the development process
  • To be mixed with Color Touch color at a 1:2 ratio for long-lasting semi-permanent results of up to 24 washes

  1. Always mix Color Touch with the Color Touch emulsion at 1.9% (6 vol) or 4% (13 vol).
  2. Mixing ratio: 1:2 (example: 30 g of color + 60 g of emulsion).
  3. Do not apply the emulsion alone directly to the hair.
  4. Mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  5. Apply according to the Color Touch color instructions.

Warning: Contains hydrogen peroxide. May cause severe eye irritation and permanent eye damage. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with lukewarm water and consult a doctor. Wear protective gloves. Do not apply directly to hair without first mixing with the color. Keep out of reach of children.

Q: What is the difference between the 1.9% and 4% Color Touch emulsion?

A: The 1.9% emulsion (6 vol) is recommended for tone-on-tone applications and pastel shades. The 4% emulsion (13 vol) offers more saturation and is suitable for light gray coverage or more intense reflects.

Q: Can the Color Touch emulsion be used with other Wella colors?

A: No. The Color Touch emulsion is designed exclusively for colors in the Color Touch range. For other Wella ranges, use the corresponding Welloxon Perfect.
