Color Touch Vibrant Reds semi-permanent hair color by Wella Professionals is an ammonia-free demi-permanent color designed to create vibrant, dimensional, luminous reds and coppers that last up to 24 washes.

  • Ammonia-free demi-permanent formula that respects the hair fiber's integrity while depositing vibrant red and copper pigments
  • Luminous, dimensional results that enhance the hair's natural highlights for spectacular reds and coppers
  • Ingredients vary by shade. Check your product packaging for the complete ingredient list.
  • Lasts up to 24 washes — mix with Color Touch developer emulsion at a 1:2 ratio

  1. Wear gloves and protect clothing and skin.
  2. Mix Color Touch with 1.9% (6 vol) or 4% (13 vol) Color Touch Emulsion at a 1:2 ratio. Example: 30 g of color + 60 g of emulsion.
  3. Apply the mixture evenly to damp hair (shampooed and towel-dried), from roots to ends.
  4. For touch-ups, start with the regrowth.
  5. Processing time without heat: 20 minutes (15 min after a perm or relaxer treatment). With heat: 15 minutes (10 min after a perm or relaxer treatment).
  6. If needed, processing time can be extended by 5 minutes.
  7. Rinse thoroughly, then lather lightly before the final rinse.

Caution: This product may cause serious allergic reactions. Always perform an allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. If redness, itching, or burning occurs during the test, do not apply the product. Do not use if you have had a prior allergic reaction to hair dyes. For professional use only. Wear protective gloves. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.

Q: How do you extend the longevity of Color Touch Vibrant Reds?

A: To extend the vibrancy of reds, use sulfate-free shampoos and treatments for colored hair, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and rinse hair with cool water.

Q: Does applying Color Touch Vibrant Reds require prior lightening?

A: Not necessarily. On light to medium natural hair, red shades show up well. On dark hair, prior lightening may be needed to achieve the desired result.
