Revlon Professional's Color Excel™ Cream Developer is a professional cream oxidant designed to activate Color Excel™ color and optimize the results of the GLOWin SYSTEM™.

  • Stable cream texture that ensures even application and uniform color development
  • Optimizes the deposit of Chroma Lightspheres™ pigments for maximum shine and precise color
  • Exclusively compatible with the Color Excel™ line for long-lasting professional results
  • Available in different volumes depending on the service and desired level of lift

*Suitable for all hair types.

  1. Mix the developer with the corresponding color according to the recommended ratio (see the product's technical data sheet).
  2. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair.
  3. Leave on for the time indicated on the technical data sheet.
  4. Rinse thoroughly, then apply an after-color treatment.

Contains hydrogen peroxide. For professional use only. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Wear appropriate gloves. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin or scalp. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use metal containers or utensils for mixing. An allergy alert test must be performed 48 hours before each color application.

A: Ultra Soft 6 Vol (1.8%), Soft 10 Vol (3%), and Plus 15 Vol (4.5%), depending on the desired level of lift and coverage.
