The Revlon Professional Color Excel Gloss Energizer™ Developer is a professional liquid developer specially formulated to activate Color Excel Gloss™ color and maximize radiance and shine.

  • Liquid formula that works in synergy with Color Excel Gloss™'s GLOWin SYSTEM™ technology
  • Optimizes the deposit of ultra-fine Chroma Lightspheres™ pigments for up to 4x more shine
  • Exclusively compatible with the Color Excel Gloss™ line for professional tone-on-tone services
  • Enables endless service possibilities: tone-on-tone, pure shine, shade correction

*Suitable for all hair types.

  1. Mix the developer with the corresponding color at the recommended ratio (see the product's technical data sheet).
  2. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair.
  3. Leave on for the time indicated on the technical data sheet.
  4. Rinse thoroughly, then apply the after-color treatment.

Contains hydrogen peroxide. Professional-use product. Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water. Wear appropriate gloves. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin or scalp. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use metal containers or utensils for mixing. An allergy alert test must be performed 48 hours before each color application.

A: It is the 4 Vol (1.2%) acid activator to mix with Color Excel Gloss acid color: color deposit with no lightening, in a 10-minute service.

Q: Does it lighten hair?
A: No. It only deposits color (no lightening, no root effect) to tone, refresh, or neutralize with a glossy finish.
