The Color Charm creme developer by Wella Professionals is a professional oxidizing cream developer designed to activate permanent colors from the Color Charm line with precise, reliable results.

  • Thick creme texture that controls oxidant distribution for uniform, predictable coloring results
  • Stable-consistency creme formula that facilitates application and control during all Color Charm color services
  • Compatible with all Color Charm products for optimal activation of the permanent color
  • Compatible with the entire Color Charm line — liquid, cream and toner — for optimal activation of every product in the line

  1. Permanent coloration: mix 1 part Color Charm permanent color with 2 parts Color Charm developer (1:2 ratio).
  2. Semi-permanent (demi-permanent) coloration: mix 1 part Color Charm with 2 parts 10 vol developer.
  3. Toner: mix 1 part Color Charm toner with 2 parts 20 vol developer.
  4. Do not apply the developer alone directly to the hair.
  5. Mix until an even consistency is obtained.
  6. Apply according to the instructions for the color being used.

Warning: Contains hydrogen peroxide. May cause severe eye irritation and permanent eye damage. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with lukewarm water and consult a physician. Wear protective gloves. Do not apply directly to hair without first mixing with the color. Keep out of reach of children.

Q : Which volume of Color Charm developer should I choose for permanent coloring ?

A : 20 vol (6%) for standard coverage and 1 level of lift, 30 vol (9%) for 2 levels, 40 vol (12%) for 3 levels or more. 10 vol (3%) is used for semi-permanent tinting without lightening.

Q : Is this developer compatible with all Color Charm colors ?

A : Yes, the Color Charm cream developer is designed to work with all permanent and semi-permanent colors in the Color Charm line, as well as Color Charm toners.
