Walker Tape's C-22 solvent is a professional formula designed to quickly and gently remove adhesives from hair systems, for people experiencing hair loss who need protection suited to a sensitive scalp.

  • Suitable for all systems as well as natural extensions, synthetic extensions and wigs

Applying to skin and scalp

  1. Spray C-22 onto the adhesive area.
  2. Wait for the release to occur. Wipe or brush away the residue. Release time varies depending on adhesive buildup.
  3. Shampoo and rinse.

Soaking the hair system

  1. Fill a large bowl or sink with C-22 solvent.
  2. Place the system in the solvent, base facing up. Submerge the system and remove the adhesive buildup. Wear gloves to avoid direct contact with the solvent.
  3. Shampoo the system and rinse. Soaking times vary from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the type of system and adhesive used.

We recommend performing a sensitivity test before use. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and flames. Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin. For external use only.

Does C-22 leave residue?

Yes. Being oil-based, C-22 leaves residue that can be cleaned with water and soap.

What is the shelf life of C-22?

With proper storage, C-22 has a shelf life of one year.
