1. On clean hair, after removing excess moisture with a towel, apply 2 to 4 pumps to the lengths and ends.
2. Detangle using a comb or brush.
3. Without waiting, dry and style immediately with a ghd heat tool (hair dryer or straightener) to activate the treatment.
4. Use once a week, or up to 2-3 times a week for a more intensive treatment.
