CND® Plexigel Bonder is an essential bonding agent in the Plexigel system that fixes the Plexigel overlay to the natural nail for optimal adhesion and a wear time of over 3 weeks.

With a tip or form

  1. Prep the natural nail.
  2. Apply a tip or a form.
  3. Apply a coat of CND Plexigel Bonder to the natural nail, then cure for 10 seconds under a CND LED lamp on preset 1 (time may vary depending on the lamp used).
  4. Apply CND Plexigel Builder to achieve the desired shape and length, then cure for 1 minute under a CND LED lamp on preset 2B (time may vary depending on the lamp used).
  5. File to shape and remove imperfections, then be sure to remove all traces of dust.
  6. Apply CND Plexigel Top Coat, then cure under the CND lamp on preset 3 (time may vary depending on the lamp used).

Colored variation: After filing and removing imperfections, apply 2 coats of your choice of CND Shellac polish, curing under the lamp after each coat, then finish with the Shellac Top Coat of your choice (Original, Duraforce, or Xpress5).

On the natural nail

  1. Prep the natural nail.
  2. Apply a coat of CND Plexigel Bonder to the natural nail, then cure for 10 seconds under a CND LED lamp on preset 1 (time may vary depending on the lamp used).
  3. Apply 2 coats of CND Plexigel Shaper to the nail, making sure to properly seal the free edge each time, then cure each coat for 1 minute under a CND LED lamp on preset 2B.
  4. Apply CND Plexigel Top Coat, then cure under the CND lamp on preset 3 (time may vary depending on the lamp used).

Colored variation: After curing the 2nd coat of CND Plexigel Shaper, apply 2 coats of your choice of CND Shellac polish, curing under the lamp after each coat, then finish with the Shellac Top Coat of your choice (Original, Duraforce, or Xpress5).
