K-PAK Cuticle Sealer by JOICO is a professional formula designed to seal the open cuticle after coloring or a chemical service, locking in color and restoring shine immediately.

  • Instantly seals the raised cuticle after coloring or perming, preserving color intensity and reducing porosity for a longer-lasting result.
  • Creates a smooth protective film on every strand that amplifies shine, reduces frizz and considerably improves the feel of treated hair.
  • Neutralizes hair pH after chemical services, returning the cuticle to its optimal state for a fast, visible recovery.
  • Used directly after rinsing the chemical service and before the conditioner, to extend salon results until the next appointment.

*Suitable for color-treated or lightened hair.

  1. After the K-PAK Clarifying Shampoo, rinse and towel-dry.
  2. Apply a small amount of Cuticle Sealer evenly to the hair.
  3. Leave on for 5 minutes.
  4. Rinse and towel-dry before applying the Reconstructor.

A: The K-PAK Cuticle Sealer is used as step 2 of the K-PAK system, after the Clarifying Shampoo (step 1) and before the Reconstructor (step 3). It neutralizes pH and smooths the cuticle.

Q: Can this product be used on its own without the other K-PAK steps?
A: Yes, the Cuticle Sealer can be used alone after a shampoo to smooth the cuticle and seal in color, but for optimal repair results, it is recommended to use it as part of the complete K-PAK system.
