  1. Mix the Cool Lift cream with Vario Blond lightening powder and Igora Royal Oil Developer (6%, 9%, or 12%).
  2. Mixing ratio: as per technical instructions. Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
  3. Processing time: up to 45 minutes maximum.
  4. Check regularly.
  5. Rinse thoroughly and apply a post-color treatment.
