Does the GHD Glide heated brush damage hair?

No. It heats to 185°C, the optimal temperature for smoothing without burning or damaging the fiber, while preserving hair health and shine.

Do I need to straighten hair section by section?

Not necessary. Its wide, ionic surface smooths hair quickly in a single pass, with no blow-drying, even on thick or unruly hair.
