  1. Mix at a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 with Blond Me Premium Developer (6%, 9%, or 12% depending on the desired level of lightening).
  2. Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
  3. Processing time: maximum 45 minutes. Do not use artificial heat.
  4. Rinse thoroughly, then follow with Blond Me care products.
  5. For professional use only.
