The 69 Pro Active whipped curl cream by Biotop is a professional formula designed to define, hydrate, and enhance natural curls while taming rebellious frizz.

  1. Dispense 2 to 3 pumps of 69 Pro Active whipped cream into your palms and warm between your hands.
