INTENSITY OF REFLECTIONS TO NEUTRALIZE:
Strong: Leave on for up to 5 minutes (extend the exposure time if necessary). Use daily until desired color is achieved. Use 1-2 times per week to maintain results.
Medium: Leave on for up to 5 minutes. Use 1-2 times per week.
Light: Leave on for up to 1 minute for daily use.
